The NG-1 Brain-Machine-Interface (BMI) is engineered to make the connection between human thought and the NeuroGenius Cloud feel instantaneous and natural.

With up to a million cortical and hippocampal micro-contacts sampling at 20–30 kHz with sub-microvolt precision, it maps the brain in unprecedented detail while an on-implant AI processor interprets and optimizes every signal in real time at under 50 mW.

Thousands of independent stimulation sites can reinforce learning, restore lost function, or unlock new senses, all with under 30 ms brain-to-cloud latency so knowledge feels local. A high-bandwidth internal neural bus and compressed secure uplink keep thoughts flowing seamlessly, while the BioSynapse™ Interface Coating uses anti-gliosis shielding and axon-guiding hydrogel to integrate permanently with living brain tissue for over a decade of pristine performance.

The implant procedure.

Implant procedure

Our implant is placed using a state-of-the-art neurosurgical robot, designed for unmatched precision and consistency. The entire process takes just around an hour, far shorter than traditional neurosurgeries, and is performed under light anesthesia to ensure maximum comfort. You will be able to talk and communicate with the surgical team throughout the whole surgery.

The procedure is carried out at our headquarters in a purpose-built surgical suite, where every detail has been engineered for safety and peace of mind. The robot delicately creates a micro-opening in the scalp and places the implant with submillimeter accuracy — a level of precision no human hand could achieve.

After surgery, patients remain under observation for a single night. Instead of a typical hospital setting, recovery takes place in our private residence wing, designed to feel like a five-star boutique hotel. Think plush suites, personalized care, and gourmet dining tailored to your needs. By the next morning, most patients are up, refreshed, and ready to return to their day-to-day activities — with the future already seamlessly integrated.
